Within minutes the connections are made to the client’s computer through the web and the actual software features may be seen first hand. Dialogue is live and information sharing is conducted on a timely and efficient manner. Oftentimes, groups can be accommodated with the use of a video projector at the client facility in a conference room.

Once the client has decided in favour of PRDS software, the installation by PRDS technicians and initial training of the users is completed from the Internet on PRDS specific web sites.
